Course Cancellations

Course fees include provision of all required equipment and course materials. Training on customer sites may incur additional charges to cover instructor travel, details on request. Payment is required in advance, and TAG reserves the right to cancel the course or withhold certificates until payment has been received.

TAG also reserves the right to impose the following cancellation charges:

1. Within 5 working days of start time: 100% of charge
2. 6 to 10 working days of start time: 50% of charge
3. 11 to 20 working days of start time: 25% of charge
