Specification Skylotec 
With a weight of only 1.5 kg, the MILAN is a very 
light abseiling and rescue device with automatic 
speed control. 

The centrifugally controlled brake keeps the speed 
constant during the entire abseiling run. The housing
is made of milled aircraft aluminium. A seal shows, 
whether the MILAN was opened without authorisation. 

With an abseiling speed of 0.9 m/s, one person 
(up to 150 kg) can be abseiled over a height of 500 m.
The MILAN is also approved for use by 2 persons up to
250 kg. The MILAN is used, for example, for erection,
maintenance and repair of wind power stations.

Conforms to EN341 class A & EN1496.
