Stainless steel cutters with razor-sharp curved blades which will cut *ALL* types of rope or webbing in one instant action. Extremely safe design with no exposed blade when not in use. Rustproof construction, a must for all rescue teams, rope technicians and medics! Weighs only 160 grammes. Supplied in a protective pouch with fastenings for a belt or vertical webbing (such as shoulder straps on a harness). Cutters connected to pouch by a 1m spiral lanyard. When required the TRC will easily cut aramid/kevlar, spectra, dyneema and even LCP - though repeated use on these materials may damage the cutting edge. They can also cut up to 6mm diameter wire rope in an emergency.
