I am the Creative Director of Ahead4Heights, with a background rooted in multidisciplinary art and design. I hold a Foundation Degree in Visual Studies and later retrained as a holistic therapist, running a successful practice for over 11 years before going on to qualify as a teacher. My work brings together art and holistic wellbeing, facilitating therapeutic arts, as well as ecstatic and conscious dance experiences that support self-expression and personal growth. Alongside my husband Rik, I am also a musician and singer-songwriter. Together, we released our first album Zen Garden in 2017, which received airtime on BBC Introducing, and we have performed live on many stages. I am deeply passionate about nurturing people’s creative vision and helping bring it into reality. Through my intuitive approach, creative direction, and genuine respect for each individual’s journey, I aim to inspire confidence, authenticity, and meaningful expression in everything I do.
